Our bespoke self-catering Blackforest Lodge is available for hire and sleeps up to five adults. Designed to withstand the harshest climate, this warm and cosy Lodge is double glazed and makes an ideal luxury holiday retreat in all seasons. Parking is available directly outside the Lodge and there is a generous decking area for outdoor dining.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room provides spacious accommodation. The lounge houses a 26” colour television with Freeview installed and WiFi is available at no extra charge. The lounge seating opens to form a 7’ by 5’ double bed.

In the kitchen is a four ring gas hob and combination microwave oven and grill. All cutlery and crockery is provided by us.

A very generous bathroom encompasses a screened shower, toilet and wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and wall-mounted heater.

The bedroom houses two beds – one Queen-sized double and one single bed to adapt to your sleeping requirements. There are two fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and bedside table with lamp. Pull switch reading lamps are situated above each bed. We normally ask guests to bring their own bed linen and towels but we do provide duvets, pillows and blankets.

This Lodge is fully adapted for wheelchair users with an emphasis on open space and larger rooms and doorways and long length pull cords for lights. The front doorway is accessed via a long, low-rise ramp. Access is available to the seated shower area as well as full kitchen facilities. We have accommodated many customers who are reliant on wheelchairs or have mobility difficulties and all have commented on the excellence of this facility for their needs.

This is a non-smoking facility and we do not accept any pets in this Lodge except bona fide assistance dogs by prior arrangement. Minimum hire two nights. Available for both long and short lets all year round.
