To help make your booking and stay as easy as possible, we have put together information you may need before and during your stay with us.
We are conscious of being a very eco-friendly business and, in keeping with this, we do not issue a printed welcome pack or letter upon arrival.
We live on site and are always available if you need us. Please ring the Reception bell for assistance. We are also available by telephone from 9:00 to 22:00 on 01963 440002. You can also contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whilst you will be shown around on arrival, here is a map in case you've missed anything. We are a small, 3 and a half acre park, so usually a quick wander around will help you to find the shower block, tourist information, standpipes or dog walks.

BOOKING AND REGISTRATION
We ask customers to fill out a Registration form on arrival. During busy periods, we often email customers a PDF form to fill out at their own convenience and return by email. We then print this out to speed up check in.
We also know this is a useful tool for customers who have access requirements. If this would help you in any way, please download the form and send a completed version back to us.
During the Coronavirus warnings, we would also ask that customers fill out a PDF form on their computer in advance.
This document will open as a download on your computer. The boxes can be "ticked" by clicking on them. The sections can be filled out by clicking on the line and typing the appropriate information.
Please note, you do need to contact us first with your enquiry before filling out this form, so that we can ensure we have room for you!
We ask for payment to be made by cheque or BACS transfer to secure your booking. We do not currently take credit or debit cards as we are a small business and we wish to prevent the high cost of a card machine being passed on to our customers.
If you would like to pay by cheque, please make this payable to Mrs P Walton and post to Long Hazel Park, High Street, Sparkford, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 7JH. Please include your email address or telephone number so we can let you know that this has arrived safely.
If you would prefer to pay via BACS transfer, please email or telephone us and we will let you know our details. We ask for you to please use your surname as your payment reference so that we can identify your payment and email you to let you know it has arrived with us.
On arrival, we take payment either by cash in £GBP, cheque or BACS transfer on your device. We also accept Barclays Pingit payments.
