EASTER TOURING CARAVAN PARK AND CAMPSITE AVAILABILITY 2026
If you would like to join us for the Easter Bank Holiday 2026, we are taking bookings for touring holidays in motorhomes, caravans and tents. Our five star, adult only touring park and campsite is situated in South Somerset. We are a Premier Parks Top 100 Site and have been voted as one of Practical Caravan's Top 100 Sites for 2025.
Easter 2026 covers the weekend of 18 to 21 April 2026:

Our caravan, motorhome and camping pitches are currently available to book by telephoning 01963440002 or emailing longhazelpark@hotmail.com. with many Easter pitches already booked. Make sure you quickly hop to it to enjoy Easter 2026 with us in South Somerset!
We also have large pitches available for RVs up to 40ft and Fifth Wheels. Our fully serviced hardstanding pitches provide 16 amp electric hook up, water standpipe and drainage on your pitch. Our standard touring pitches feature a hardstanding with 16 amp electric hook up. Our grass tent pitches also have access to 16 amp electric hook up.

SOMERSET EASTER TIPS 2026
Pick up some Somerset chocolate from The Chocolate Society from Bruton. Having previously made bespoke Easter eggs for Selfridges, you're certainly in for a treat!
The Chocolate Society have a small shop in Bruton, but are also stocked in lots of farm shops across the county - you won't be able to miss their beautiful bright packaging!
We're working with The Bakery at West Camel for on site deliveries again this year!
One of our most popular deliveries amongst our guests, The Bakery has been running since 1912 and supplies many of the top restaurants and farm shops in the area. They even supply Glastonbury Festival and have provided props for Downton Abbey!
The Bakery also deliver fantastic hot cross buns in time for Easter, six days a week. Their menu will be sent out with your welcome pack!
SOMERSET EASTER TIPS 2026
One of our customers' favourite events will be held over Easter weekend 2026 in Somerset. The Royal Bath and West Showground are hosting their giant flea market on Sunday 5 April, Easter Sunday!
You'll find over 250 stalls of antique furniture, vintage clothing, garden statuary and arts and crafts. With both indoor and outdoor stalls, there's lots to see and do!
Book in with us for the week leading up to Easter and enjoy the Wincanton racing season 2026. We are the nearest quality touring park to the Jockey Club racecourse.
On 1 April, Wincanton Racecourse will be hosting a Cheese and Cider Race Night, with Somerset's favourite local produce. After all, who doesn't love some Cheddar cheese and a pint of Somerset cider?! Make an evening of it and enjoy the live music at the racecourse too.
With Good Friday on 3 April and the Easter weekend continuing until Monday 6 April, it's a perfect time to make the most of what Somerset has to offer!
Visit The Newt in nearby Castle Cary (4 miles) to join in with their "Easter on the Estate" celebrations. The Newt is the sponsor of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the 400+ acre estate has formal gardens, woodlands, grottos, farm shops and cafes to explore. The celebrations include BBQs across the weekend. Make sure you visit their Roman Villa Experience too, which has been featured on the BBC and is a full size replica villa, housed next to an archeological find of a similar building.
